As a Leader In Training (LIT), you can expect to work with a team of operational leaders who are focused not only on the needs of the client, but also on ensuring you have the opportunities and support needed to reach your professional development objectives. You will report to an experienced AVP or above, but will also work shoulder to shoulder with Managers, Directors, Assistant Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in each segment of the revenue cycle process including: Patient Access, Health Information Management, Accounts Receivable Management, Denials and Appeals, and Client Relations. You are expected to meet project timelines and produce deliverables, while managing a busy training program and balancing operational and client needs, but you will also be provided a first person view of why this industry is so rewarding and what fuels our passion for excellence. Self-study and development are key requirements for an associate to gain additional knowledge and experiences for their development.
Work hands-on work within multiple revenue cycle functions, data gathering, organizing ideas into actionable tasks, structuring documents and electronic data, financial modeling, performing both qualitative and quantitative analyses, identifying trends, and compiling and implementing effective solutions.
Demonstrate refined technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in both independent and group settings, in order to develop effective solutions.
Develop presentations based off key learnings and present month at Leadership Team Meetings.
Qualifications - Minimum
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in revenue cycle
Must exhibit behaviors of high performers
Must not currently have corrective actions
Must have a letter of recommendation from a Director or above (required during the interview process)
Must be willing to relocate within the US
