Job Summary

The Manager works under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services. The Manager is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, implementing and controlling functions of the department. The Manager monitors performance and quality and ensures appropriate development and interpretation of Health Center policies and procedures.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Demonstrates the philosophy, mission and values of the Health Center during all interactions with patients, families, staff and others.

 

Qualifications - Minimum

Minimum Knowledge and Skills, Etc.:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or health-related field preferred. Management and analysis skills are necessary for the application of the management process (planning, organizing, directing, and implementing).

Ohio RN License

Hours

Hours per pay period: 80

Hours: 7:00am to 4:30pm

Bachelors preferred and rehab experience preferred.
