Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Lead Maintenance Mechanic performs a variety of duties in and around the hospital complex with primary responsibility in the grounds area independently. May be assigned to assist other maintenance personnel or be assigned specific duties to be performed unassisted.  Possesses an acceptable degree of skill in two or more maintenance fields and an acceptable skill level in several related maintenance fields as indicated in this maintenance position description.

 

Qualifications - Minimum

Education:

Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic at a level normally acquired through completion of high school, and possesses a basic skill level in maintenance repair.

 

Twelve months of related work experience or 288 hours of documented general maintenance education.

 

Hours

Hours per pay period: 80

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm
