Epic Application Coordinator (IT / Information Technology / Healthcare / Training)

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking experienced and certified Epic Application Coordinators to join our IT team in developing CarePATH, our version of the Epic training system. As an Epic Application Coordinator, you will work directly with clinical and office staff as you configure our CarePATH training software, helping to transform the way in which we provide care to the communities we serve. You will apply your creativity and problem-solving talents as you discover and design solutions for a broad array of issues, from performing optimizations and software upgrades developing configurations to improve efficiency and patient safety.
Your specific duties in this role will include:
We are looking for an Epic Application Coordinator who combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively self-manage. You should also have outstanding multitasking and organizational skills, as well as the flexibility to adapt to quickly changing priorities and to remain resourceful and confident under pressure. It is also important that you demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the leadership skills to encourage buy-in on training practices and to interact with individuals at all levels of our organization.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
Shift and Job Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, days, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
May need to work evenings weekends holidays and will be on-call.
