Job Summary

The Project Manager is an exempt position and has the responsibility for project management for virtual health and patient access initiatives. 

Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and documentation including appropriate policies and procedures, functional specifications, user and resource requirements, schedules and status reports for assigned  projects. Optimize and coordinate system-wide virtual health and patient access initiatives.
Schedule and attend cross functional project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, sending out relevant updates, etc
Facilitates team meetings effectively. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Requires a self-starting, detail oriented individual with strong planning, time management and communication skils
Strong communications skills; written, presentation and oral
Maintains knowledge and understanding of the current trends and developments in the virtual health space, including compliance regulations, standards and directives regarding governmental/third party agencies and/or third party payers. 
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Ability to indentify and remove project roadblocks, resolve issues and mitigate risks

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS (must be non-expired/active unless otherwise stated):
Required:  
Preferred:  PMP certification preferred. CAPM certification preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Years and Type of Experience:  5 years experience in Project Coordination/Management.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:  Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision. Ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams across the ministry. Exhibits exemplary customer service skills. Project Management Competence, with proven ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent document management skills. Ability to work as a team player, with limited supervision and in a proactive manner. Ability to create executive level reports and correspondence. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio. Proven ability on office computer systems, including internet, and email. Solid presentation skills.
