Job Summary

Responsible for independent management of all clerical support for Market President/CEO and/or other site executive position/s as required.  Demonstrates professionalism and operates with a high degree of confidentiality.  Provides customer support to employees, physicians, and community members as needed.  Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Qualifications - Minimum

Minimum Years and Type of Experience:

3-4 years of applicable experience in administrative/executive support role


Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Experience with event planning and community engagement preferred; Proficiency with Outlook preferred.



Meetings/Appointments/Calendars - manages calendar; coordinates meetings and prepares materials; transcribes and distributes minutes as requested; proactive in recognizing and managing potential conflicts with schedules; prioritizes and ensures preparedness of executive for daily appointments.


Office Management/Technical Skill - provides a welcome presence, answers phone calls, and assists walk-in traffic in Administration offices as needed; opens mail and assists in maintaining supplies; responsible for completion of accounts payable and contractual documentation as needed


Special Projects - Collaborates with other departments and/or outside agencies to plan and execute events; completes reports, surveys and other special requests as needed; assists in preparing presentations.


Flexibility/Adaptability - Flexes work hours and is available to travel to meeting sites to support President/CEO as requested; able to identify additional resources as needed to complete tasks; adapts quickly when interruptions occur or priorities shift.


Customer Service/Professionalism - Interacts with all levels of the organization and members of the community; represents Administration and site executives to medical staff; presents a professional demeanor and operates with a high degree of confidentiality.



Hours per pay period: 80

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm

May need to adjust schedule to accommodate meetings.
