Trained certified professional who performs specimen processing and testing on body fluids and biological specimens to diagnose and treat disease.
Must be able to draw blood and assist in specimen collection duties including drug screen collection and BAT testing.
Reports and analyzes test results for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
Maintain a professional relationship with health care members.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Minimum
Minimum: Graduate of a certified Medical Technology or MLT program and certification by a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
Preferred: One year experience as a laboratory generalist.
