The Assistant Chaplain works under the direction of the Director of Pastoral Care.
The Assistant Chaplain is an integral member of the Pastoral Care team providing assistance and continuity within the department; and spiritual comfort to patients and families.
Qualifications - Minimum
High school with some college preferred.
Letter of endorsement from priest, pastor, minister, rabbi or church council.
Able to work as a member of a team.
Able to organize and prioritize workload.
Demonstrates a non-judgmental attitude.
Demonstrates a compassionate presence.
