The House Supervisor is responsible for administration and operational activities on weekends, evening and night shifts. The supervisor serves as a clinical resource to direct care staff. Assumes responsibility and authority as delegated by the Care Coordination Manager/Chief Nurse Officer. Assists in the provision of care to patients of all age groups.
Qualifications - Minimum
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred, or must be obtained within three years.
Critical care nursing experience and ACLS preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience desired.
Interpersonal skills sufficient to provide effective leadership.
Effective problem resolution capabilities; able to be decisive and deal equitable in all situations.
Able to make effective use of resources.
Current Ohio RN Licensure; Basic Life Support Certification.
Hours per pay period: 48
Hours: 7:00pm to 7:30am
Every 3rd holiday and weekend.
