Nurse Navigator role for total joint patients. Act as concierge for patients requesting total joint and shoulder replacement.
Work to incorporate policies and procedure for biologics in the office/hospital settings.
In the physician's office with the provider on occasion.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifying and determining the priority of patient’s/ resident’s/client’s problems/needs, and evaluating the process and outcome of nursing care. Coordinates, provides and directs patient teaching activities and coordinates the care provided by health team members.
Qualifications - Minimum
EDUCATION, SPECIALIZED AND/OR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Vocational / Technical Degree in Nursing required
2 Year/ Associates Degree in Nursing preferred
Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office
Prefer at least 1 year of related experience. Prefer electronic medical record (EMR) experience.
