Organizational skills to coordinate all requirements of transporting a patient. Positive service oriented attitude to relate effectively with patients, families and medical staff. Ability to push, pull and lift patients and heavy stockroom items. Minimal computer knowledge to access job requests. Strong communication skills to effectively describe a patient’s transport arrangements.
Qualifications - Minimum
Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic at a level normally acquired through completion of a high school education or GED is required. Up to three months previous experience in a hospital setting is desirable.
Completion of appropriate training courses. Current CPR certification or obtained within 60 days of hire is required.

Position will need to cover holidays, weekends, vacations and other as needed.
